We recommend that you mix 30 g of powder (2 measuring spoons, inside) with 500 ml of cold water in a shaker.
Recommendation
For optimal results, we recommend taking Pro Series Crank Pump 30 – 45 minutes before training. This gives your body enough time to absorb the ingredients and prepare for training.
Notice
Do not take Crank Pump:Pro on non-training days.
